Pinterest: It’s Different Here

Cannes Lions 2022

Pinterest returned to Cannes with a simple proposition: shouldn’t the internet should feel inspiring? We built a calm, creative oasis on the Croisette that showed advertisers exactly what makes Pinterest different.

The experience began in the Toxicity Tunnel, an immersive corridor filled with the noise, chaos and negativity associated with the wider internet. As attendees stepped out, they were met with the vibrant It’s Different Here archway and welcomed into an open, oasis-like courtyard framed by a beautiful pergola structure and an ocean backdrop.

Inside, the Pinterest Predicts Parlour brought beauty and style trends to life with expert artists, while the Idea Pins Studio and the Gifting Gallery turned creator content and emerging products into tactile, discoverable moments.

The space became one of the most talked-about brand experiences at the festival, earning the highest NPS of any activation that year and winning Best Corporate Experience at The Drum Experience Awards.

Making it possible.
