I’m Seán Doyle, a creative leader with 20 years of experience bringing brands to life in real life.

My background spans agency and in-house roles, with creative and production leadership at the core, alongside experience in marketing, strategy, and business development. I love guiding teams through big ideas to the details that shape how people experience a story. I care deeply about how experiences are built, from the technology and materials that bring them to life to the creative ways we can make the most of every budget and resource.

Today, I’m the Director of Global Brand Experiences and a Group Creative Director at Pinterest’s House of Creative. We bring the most positive corner of the internet to life in the real world. In 2025, we were named In-House Agency of the Year by The Gerety Awards and Pinterest was named ‘Experiential Brand of the Year’ by ADWEEK.

I didn’t take a traditional creative route. I began in events, back when experiential sat on the edges of marketing rather than at its centre. It gave me a front-row view of how people actually experience brands, and shaped my instinct for solving complex problems through experience-led thinking, alongside brilliant collaborators.

I’ve led campaigns across tech, media, gaming, finance, and FMCG, always blending audience insight, brand promise, storytelling, and creative instinct. Highlights include Pinterest Manifestival at Cannes Lions, Pinterest at Coachella, Pinvision, and Pinterest Presents — bold, award-winning activations redefining what brand experiences can be.

As a leader, I like to bring creative ambition and momentum, helping teams find confidence and clarity in the work. I’m hands-on when it matters but focused on creating the conditions for ideas and people to thrive. For me, leadership is about unlocking the best in others and shaping work that’s as rewarding to make as it is to experience.
